Pregnancy & Babywearing Walk and Talk: All are welcome!

Meet at the Pavilion of the Hudson Valley Rail Trail, 101 New Paltz Road in Highland, NY. Bathrooms at the Pavilion.

We leave promptly at 2:00 pm for an out-and-back towards Tony Williams Park.

• 1 hour walk at your own pace.
• This is a social activity.
• No one gets left behind.
• Bring a snack and water, if you like.

Dress warmly, the Rail Trail is always cooler than you would expect. You can bring your baby in a stroller, but carrying is highly recommended due to the temperature.
