WordPress 102: Selecting & Working with WordPress Theme

The second session in our Learning WordPress from Beginner to Advanced Series will be Selecting and Working with WordPress Themes.

I am delighted to have Jennifer present on Themes. You will walk away with a plan to take your site to the next level. You won't want to miss Jennifer's presentation as she is a real professional with over 15 years experience creating websites.

Have you ever spent hours looking at theme after theme, wondering which theme may be a better choice for your client or your own site? Have you wanted to change themes but are unsure of how it will affect your current site?

In this session, we will review:

-Some of the key components of themes and how to choose the best one to serve your needs.

-We will look at several places to purchase or download themes, and discuss the pros and cons of purchasing from different places.

• If we have time, we will touch upon how to make basic changes to colors, fonts, spacing, and other design elements after you have chosen a theme to work with.
