Friday 10 AM Repeat Hamlin Ride 7/18 will be starting at Hamlin Beach SP Lot #4

Details
Folk's todays ride was so great that we've decided to run it again tomorrow, 7/18*. Tomorrow Friday 10:00 AM ride 7/18, will again be from Hamlin Beach State Park. So, if you've been looking forward to it, it's going to happen again tomorrow Friday the 18th @ 10:00 AM. Parking location will be lot #4 @ Hamlin Beach State Park. Be aware that the lift bridge from Irondequoit to Charlotte is being tested and may be a cause for a 15-20ish delay.
> *Another actual reason: there was a "bit" of rain early into the ride.
Predicted temps in the 70's cooler than todays ride and less windy and no precipitation called for as well. Plan on a beach day following the ride. Multiple ride length options in "mapmyride" map links below for 13-23-27 mile ride options.
> As always, please plan to be there at least 15 min in advance of 10:00 am start time.
> If this is your first ride of the season, please make sure your bike is ready to ride so we don't have too many bike gear delays up front or just after starting the ride. Many who haven't used their bikes in a season or more are unpleasantly surprised to find their bikes aren't really road worthy.
> Please note: The Hamlin Beach State Park Police are often looking for people going over the park's posted speed limit, so if you don't want any surprise speeding tickets, please watch your speed in the park!
>
> If you're 62 and over park entrance during weekdays is free. Just show your driver's license. Tickets for speeding are not free! Keep to the 25 MPH limit.
> Thanks, and don't forget to pack a lunch and your beachwear and beach gear if you plan to stick around after the ride. We look forward to seeing you at Hamlin Beach this Thursday.
Also, please bring some bug spray to spray your ankles and lower legs to keep the beach flies from biting them.
Joe, I hope you get that tire fixed, Gail it will be much cooler tomorrow and you won't need to come up with any volunteer deeds on the day.
I hope to see many of my usual riders to be able to make this ride also.
