Irond. Bike Ride this Thur 8/28/25 @ 10:00 am older Sea Breeze start location

Ride start time 10:00 am Thu 8/28, weather permitting. Rain date will be same time and location the next day Fri the 29th. Ride length 24-26 miles give or take depending on group's wishes, up to a point. Please NOTE: Ride will be leaving from older start location. If necessary, I will call off ride by 8-8:30 am on Thur. if I need to cancel ride due to weather day of the ride. If so, the ride again will be rescheduled for the next day.

Start location will be the older usual one down in Sea Breeze in the parking lot next to the playground and behind Bill Gray's.

Ride will stay within the mostly streets of East & West Irondequoit along the shoreline of Durand Eastman Park Beach area to the Rock Beach Rd. neighborhood, then head west over the lift bridge into Charlotte Beach and back again into Irondequoit and back again to Seabreeze. This route may have to be changed or adjusted depending on whether or not Culver road is finished being repaved by this time.

This will be an approx. 24-26 mile ride. Short cuts available if you're familiar with this routing as these maps don't directly call out any shortcuts.

Don't forget to bring plenty of water or whatever hydration liquids you like to drink. Temps are supposed to be in the 80's! Please plan to arrive 10-20 min. in advance so we can all leave by 10:00. All must wear helmets!
