This is the group's 150th book read (not including novelettes and short stories). Expect cupcakes!

Please read Death of the Author by Nnedi Okorafor, 2026 Hugo nominee for best novel. (Metafictional novel about a disabled Nigerian-American writer who, after being fired, writes a successful sci-fi book called Rusted Robots, blurring the lines between her life and her fiction as her fame grows and her family struggles to understand her choices.)
