Weekly traditional hula (Hawaiian dance) is taught by an experienced dancer who is registered in formal hula training with a Halau (hula school). During each session, students will strengthen and tone large muscle groups through this over-all body workout, leaving them glowing with pride at learning hula basics while making new friends through dance! No experience required; wear comfy workout clothes. Traditionally, this dance is done barefoot but non-skid socks may also be worn.
