Welcome to this experience to dance, feel joy and connect with the state of flow.

In this class we will learn beginner options to do with the hula hoop, how to explore the hula in different parts of body and levels, aaand in the end how to create a little sequence, puting every thing we learn together!

We will have the opportunity to play and explore without judgement our own creative energy and joy, feeling the state of flow!

My name is Renata, I´m 32 years old and passionate about movement, hula hoop and Yoga. I have been dancing with hula and practicing Yoga for 9 years now and have teached in Brasil and different places during my trips!
