Builder's Day | An Open Hiring Call for Experienced Builders
We're looking for experienced AI builders — and we've ditched the traditional interview for something better.
Builder's Day is an open hiring event where you come in, get a real challenge, and spend the day building with us. No multiple-choice questions. No algorithmic puzzles. Just real work, in a real environment, with our team watching how you think.
What happens on the day:
- Introduction to HumAIn First Framework
- Fireside chat with our VP of Technology
- Build & present your solution
- Selection announcements
- Networking
At the end of the day, we'll let you know if you've been shortlisted for subsequent rounds. Everyone who attends will leave knowing where they stand.
Who should apply: Experienced builders who have shipped things with AI. People who can take a problem statement, run with it, and talk about how they approached it. If you've built agents, worked with LLMs, or just have strong opinions about what good AI products look like, we want to meet you.
How to apply: Fill out the application form, submit your resume, and record a short video answering three questions. We review every submission before sending out invites, so the people in the room on the day are already pre-screened.
