Preparing people for a change that has no finish line.
Most organisations today have a plan for implementing AI. Far fewer have a plan for supporting the people navigating it. The uncertainty is real. The fear of becoming irrelevant. The sense of loss for how work used to feel. The paralysis of not knowing what comes next. Unlike previous transformations, this shift has no clear end state – no “freeze phase,” no finish line. Traditional change management frameworks were not designed for continuous, evolving disruption.

This first Human AI Circle gathering at BLOXHUB creates space for a more honest conversation. It brings together change leaders, HR professionals, and AI implementation leads to explore what truly helps people move through uncertainty.

A practitioner who has guided organisations through AI adoption, a researcher who studies how humans and AI interact, and a leader navigating workforce transformation at global scale, three very different vantage points on the same human challenge.

What's on the agenda:
- What earlier work transformations teach us about leading people through the unknown and where those models break down with AI
- Panel: Managing fear, grief and paralysis in the age of AI, learnings from real change initiatives
- Simulation: Walk through how your way of working will change as AI evolves from tool to agent to operating system and leave with a personal backpack of mindsets and approaches to navigate what's coming

Food included. Limited seats, attendance is by application.
