You know how your product or service is supposed to work. But what does the experience look like from your user’s side?

A confusing first step, missing information, an unclear next action: small moments can make people hesitate or give up.
In this free, hands-on workshop, we’ll use a Customer Journey Map to explore an experience from the user’s perspective and identify something worth improving.
No previous experience with journey mapping is needed.

WHAT WE’LL DO
Bring a product, a service or a startup idea you’d like to work on.
Together, we’ll:
• Choose a specific user and a goal they want to achieve
• Map the steps they take, including their questions and possible frustrations
• Identify one critical moments
• Sketch a possible improvement and a way to test it

You’ll leave with a first journey map, fresh perspectives from other participants and a concrete next step to explore.

WHO IT’S FOR
Startup founders, early-stage teams, freelancers, and people working in UX, product or service design who want to explore a real challenge together.
Come with a project if you have one. If you don’t, you can work through an example.
