Human Design for Beginners: The Spleen Center, Intuition, and Instincts

Details
This event is for those looking to use Human Design as a tool to feel confident in the face of uncertainty, to create safety from within no matter what is happening around you, and to be part of creating change rather than feel tossed about by it.
When you are connected to the unique wisdom of your body and have the tools to align to it and trust it, even when your mind is fighting to stay in the comfort zone it created, you will walk a path that needs no external validation and that no external guide could point you to.
It is uniquely yours.
All are welcome. We love working with those just at the beginning of their Human Design journey, and wanting to use it to align their work, purpose, and relationships - without necessarily diving down all the rabbit holes. We also love working with those who have gone deep into the theory and want to move more into the embodiment and somatic side of the journey, to truly embody the leader you're here to be.
In this workshop, we'll orient you to your chart and we'll then focus in on the Spleen Center, which has themes of instincts, intuition, health, and survival. It is connected to the lizard brain, amygdala, fear, and trust. You'll get to understand what it means to have either a Defined Spleen or Undefined Spleen. Through movement, breath, and other practices, you'll practice FEELING the sensations of your spleen so you can build your ability to trust your instincts and intuition.
There will be breakout groups, big group discussions, internal exploration, movement, and practices to help you emobdy a deeper sense of trust, guided by your own body's wisdom. Hope to see you there!
