Meditation For Humanity (Proceeds to Elderly in Need this Christmas)

Details
Recognising our true gifts as the things we already share in common – our natural joy and presence, but also the struggle, the aching, that longing for peace – we meet with the space in our hearts for the insecure one (amongst us and within us), the confused one (within and without), the homeless, the lonely...but also the 'unloved', 'poor' or 'dejected' elements of ourselves that are truly inseparable from being human and being alive. In this way each of us – that includes you – is a valid representative of humanity.
Giving up how we were supposed to feel...or to give....or receive, we allow a capacity where natural giving occurs; a capacity for resting in presence, in unconditional acceptance (sometimes called love) for our own humanity and that of others.
You are welcome to bring along a poem or a story to share (message us to tell us if you are), or a question on your heart, or only your heart, showing up as you are.
