Sept All Types Monthly Meetup: Environments
Details
Ever walked into a coffee shop, sat down, and felt like you could finally think — and then had the exact same thing happen at your friend's chaotic kitchen island and felt nothing but static?
That's not random. That's your body telling you something your mind hasn't caught up to yet.
Last spring ATX HD member Ellie held a lecture on the Four Transformations — the Variables — and traced how our chart's four arrows shape the way we digest life, take in the world, and are motivated.
This time we're going one layer deeper into the second of those four: Environment.
Member Taylor Davis has also given a talk on how our environment can help us in a business setting. This discussion will be a little more nuanced on the physical, design experience.
Environment isn't about your dream house or your Pinterest board. It's a body-level mechanic that tells you the actual physical conditions where your nervous system regulates, your intuition sharpens, and your decisions get clearer.
Human Design maps six of them:
Caves, Markets, Kitchens, Mountains, Valleys, and Shores — each with its own Active and Passive expression.
We'll cover:
* What each of the six environments actually looks like in daily life
* Active vs. Passive expression — and why "passive" doesn't mean passive
* How your mind can quietly pull your body into the wrong * environment without you noticing — and how to catch it
* How to find yours and start noticing where your body already keeps trying to take you
Bring your chart (or we'll pull it up together).
