What we’re about

Hi, we are Human Evolution.

We offer online sessions on Buteyko Breathing, mindfulness and deep relaxation to help you reduce stress and anxiety, and to improve your wellbeing.

This group is open to anyone wanting to practice mindfulness, learn breathwork or just relax. We are open to complete beginners and also experienced practitioners.

Sessions typically involve one or more guided exercises/meditations followed by some optional group discussion. Some examples of the kind of exercises/meditations we offer:
