How to find us

This month we are going to tackle sustainable eating – especially at the holiday season. Food is a massive environmental issue – and even more so at this time of year. Let’s discuss how we are going to approach the season, and how can we keep our values front and center for a more meaningful and sustainable holiday.

The session will run from 3:00—4:30 but do stay for “happy hour” at 4:30 to socialize with other Secular Saturday Session attendees in the Dietrich Room near the Mt. Curve entrance.

Join Audrey Kingstrom, HumanistsMN Program Coordinator, to grapple with how to live more sustainably, more simply, and with more satisfaction. We meet every month to do this work together, to learn together, and hopefully, have some fun together.

The interests of regular group members will guide our sessions. Participants are encouraged to suggest resources they find helpful, but for starters we will be referencing the “Be the Change Action Guide” published by Be the Change Earth Alliance out of Vancouver, British Columbia.
