Help! I want to go vegan! A practical guide for newbies @ Secular Saturday

Join us for this presentation and discussion for new vegans or for anyone who is "vegan curious." This session will explore the why's and how's of going vegan.

Presenter and HumanistsMN member, Stephanie Schwinn, became a vegan 7 years ago to better align her lifestyle and values. Originally from UT, Stephanie recently moved to MN after living in IA for 23 years. She enjoys yoga, reading, whiskey, a wide variety of music and visiting local cute coffee shops.

The presentation and discussion will be from 3:00—4:30. Afterwards, join other Secular Saturday attendees in the gallery for refreshments and socializing.
