Showing Up for Immigrants @ HumanistsMN Community Gathering

Please join us to hear about how the current administration's immigration policies are affecting our local immigrant communities. We’ve lined up a panel of three activists:

• Julio Zelaya, Advocacy Director at ACLU of Minnesota
• Michele McKenzie, Co-Executive Director of The Advocates for Human Rights
• Montha Chum, Co-Founder & Executive Director of MN8, a Southeast Asian advocacy group

Learn what these groups are doing to support immigrants in our area, including the Immigration Court Observation Project, and how they are fighting deportations. And, find out ways to help!

The program begins at 3:00pm with time allowed for Q & A. At 4:30 we will gather with other Saturday session attendees in the gallery for refreshments and socializing.
