Turning the Year: Closing 2025 (part 1 of 2)
Details
Join us for a two-session journaling/envisioning event to contemplate the year past and design the year to come.
*** DOWNLOAD THE YEAR COMPASS BOOKLET HERE ***
The long nights and quiet days of midwinter are conducive to contemplating the past year and setting out a path for the coming year. Individually, you’ll journal on some guided questions and exercises designed to give you some insight into past patterns and intentions for the future. We’ll alternate periods of silent writing with a few breaks to discuss questions and discoveries (share at the level you’re comfortable with).
There are two sessions – the first one to explore the past year, and the second meeting to envision the year ahead. Attend as you’re able and interested.
Please bring:
- An open heart and curiosity
- Download the Year Compass booklet; print it if you’ll be writing by hand, and bring your favorite writing pen**.** (Devices are fine, and since we write in silence, very quiet ones are preferred.)
- If you have a calendar or record of your activities in 2025, it may be helpful to bring that also.
