We can’t live intentionally or mindfully if we aren’t clear about what our values are. In this session we’ll take an inventory of our most cherished values. Then we will assess how well our stated values actually shape our day to day lives. How well do we really embody the values we espouse? How can a mindful practice help us live in harmony with our values?

We will begin with a short guided meditation followed by discussion. As always, attendees are invited to share their own experiences and lessons with the group.

All are welcome in the spirit of compassion as we seek to support one another toward greater well-being.

Each month we explore a different aspect of mindfulness and its associated practice from a secular humanist and naturalist perspective -- drawing on the experience and wisdom of participants. This month’s session is facilitated by HumanistsMN program coordinator and humanist celebrant, Audrey Kingstrom.

This event is sponsored by HumanistsMN. If you are not yet a member, please consider joining to help us cover our costs and build the humanist movement. Not ready to join? Donations are gratefully accepted! Join or donate at humanistsmn.org.
