Resilience Practices: A Workshop for Trying Times
Details
In a world that delivers more bad news every day, it has become increasingly difficult to feel grounded and to embody a sense of well-being. While self care has always been important, the more adversity life delivers, the more essential regular resilience practices become. Join the Mental Health Awareness Team for an afternoon of building hope and strengthening our resilience in the face of trying times.

The Mental Health Awareness Team is a collaboration between HumanistsMN and First Unitarian Society of Minneapolis (FUS). We offer programs for members of both communities that raise awareness of mental health issues and provide education on self-care practices for mental well-being.
HumanistsMN is committed to fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and caring community for all our members. We welcome everyone who shares our humanist principles. We acknowledge the dignity and worth of all people -- every race, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, social class, abilities, or disabilities. We actively promote a culture of respect, belonging, and compassion as we strive to create an environment where everyone can thrive. By participating in HumanistsMN events, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these values.
This event is sponsored by HumanistsMN. If you are not yet a member, please consider joining to help us cover our costs and build the humanist movement. Not ready to join? Donations are gratefully accepted! Join or donate at https://humanistsmn.org/
