HumanistsMN Leadership Training & Orientation @Humanist Community Gathering

Are you interested in leadership opportunities within HumanistsMN? If so, this session is for you! This is the first of two sessions we have developed to help our members build competencies for leadership within HumanistsMN. Join us to learn more about the expectations of being an ambassador for HumanistsMN and the guidelines for honing your skills for humanist leadership.

We will focus on the values that inform humanist leadership and provide a framework for facilitating events and activities. From how to introduce humanism to newbies, to helping folks make connections with others, to trouble-shooting difficult situations, this session will better equip you for leadership in our community.

As the HumanistsMN Board seeks to develop a deeper “bench” of grassroots leadership -- from event facilitators to committee volunteers to Board members -- we invite all of our members who are interested in deepening their engagement with HumanistsMN to attend this session.
