Compassionate Communication (monthly practice) @ Humanist Community Gathering
Details
Are you wanting more shared ease, understanding, and connection in your conversations?
Join our monthly Compassionate Communication (Nonviolent Communication / NVC) practice group where together we practice listening deeply, expressing ourselves honestly, and connecting with the needs that matter to us.
We’ll use simple exercises, real-life examples, and supportive dialogue to build skills and create a space of empathy, curiosity, and mutual learning.
Come as you are – all skill levels are welcome.
Our practice group will be facilitated by HumanistsMN member, Rebecca, who has studied/practiced Compassionate Communication for over seven years and is also a relationship counselor. Afterwards, gather with other Saturday session attendees in the gallery for refreshments and socializing.
If you value reason and compassion and want to live in a more just and flourishing world, we welcome your membership and/or donation today: https://humanistsmn.org. Already a dues-paying member? Thank you for supporting us!
