HABITS OF HUMANISM - Mindful Living: Attuned to Reciprocity
Details
Join us at this month’s mindful living session to consider how reciprocity shapes our relationships with others and the natural world. To what extent are we aware of what we’ve been given and what we can give back? Do we resist or embrace the mutuality of existence? How can greater awareness of reciprocity help us deal with discord, foster community, and live sustainably?
We will begin with a guided meditation, then explore together how a deeper understanding of reciprocity can bring balance, harmony, and well-being to our lives.
All are welcome in the spirit of compassion as we seek to support one another in living our best lives in accordance with our values.
Each month we explore a different aspect of mindfulness and its associated practice from a secular humanist and naturalist perspective -- drawing on the experience and wisdom of participants. Facilitated by Humanist Celebrant, Audrey Kingstrom.
This event is sponsored by HumanistsMN. If you are not yet a member, please consider joining to help us cover our costs and build the humanist movement. Not ready to join? Donations are gratefully accepted! Join or donate at https://humanistsmn.org/
