This is an open and free (seats limited) group session with guided meditations, some tips and how-to's, and interactive discussions about experiences, philosophy, Humanism, and anything else that comes up! Some of us may go to lunch afterward.

The Humanist Meditation studio is accessible to all - including people who can't sit cross-legged on the floor. We provide instruction on how to meditate effectively in various positions. COMFORTABLE chairs are available for all participants.

Please register and note that we only have room for about 20 people.
