The special Black August Edition of Coffee & Abolition is a discussion and meditation space with former Black Panther, Veronza Bowers Jr., at the Grassrootz Bookstore and Juice bar. In keeping with the tradition of building solidarity with Black political prisoners, Black Lives Matter Phoenix Metro hopes you all will take the opportunity to hear about his experiences with fighting for black liberation, navigating imprisonment, and more!
