Assist setup for the Black Lives Matter Phoenix Metro's Mother's Day Tea
Let's help Black Lives Matter Phoenix Metro set up and prep Friday night for their Mother's Day High Tea Saturday.
They're looking for 5-6 people to help with:
- Layout space (tables/chairs)
- Lay base linens on all tables
- Drape fabric on columns and main backdrop area
- Place large decor
- Wash dishes/utensils and set tables
- Stage non-perishable items
- Set up activity stations
- Prepare gift bags
- Fill small teacups/jars for floral bar
- Signage assembly
- Drape chairs
