- ***The February Meeting will be on the 21st, due to the Mesa Marathon blocking building access on the 14th.***
- Interested in volunteering or hosting events with HSGP and want to know where to start or what opportunities are available?
- Have - or want to have - a connection with a group we should be in solidarity with?
- Already a volunteer or event host and want to share best practices with others?
- Have an idea for an event, new mutual aid or solidarity opportunity, or a whole new program?
- Want to be involved in fine tuning existing and discussing future programs?
If any of these describe you, please join us!
The monthly volunteer orientation and team meeting is held following the Crochet (sleeping mats for our housing insecure neighbors) event normally held on the 2nd Saturday of the month.
Sandwich makings (or other lunch items) will generally be provided.
12 - 12:30 Setup and lunch
12:30 - 2pm Meeting
2 pm (outside or if building is free) possible mutual aid project (check Meetup for a separate event) or training.
Note: We can also open up the VAST Meeting Room on Discord if you can't be there in person for some or all of the meeting. It's not the same as being there, but better than missing it.
