Questions for discussion:
1. What were the critical points in Carney’s speech that impressed you most?
2. What did you like best in Carney’s speech?
3. Since January 20, there have been criticisms. Do you support any of the criticisms?
4. Is it better to defy Trump or to challenge him? Or, since he responds unpredictably, and he may exact punishment, was Carney’s rallying cry still worth it?
5. Are the middle powers actually uniting against the bully, or is it too soon to tell?
Meet our diverse group, trade perspectives in a free and open forum and learn from others as they learn from you!
BTW: don't be concerned if there are not many RSVP’s. Many HAT members attend regularly but don’t sign up on Meetup. Our online meetings have been very popular with 20-30 attendees.
