Inspired by the energy of Spring and Easter, this Circle will explore themes of renewal, transition and new beginnings - through guided conversation, light facilitation, and shared insights.

Some topics we may explore:

• What makes change feel difficult - and what can help moving through it
• How to stay calm and grounded in the middle of the storm
• What's a change you’ve been postponing - and the smallest step you could take now
• What parts of you are ready to be seen in the next chapter

This session is an experiment - meant to be light, relaxed and co-creative.
