Pub Night! Believe in DOG? Discuss it at the Labrador! PAHM-FAASHN Fusion Friday

Join us for another PAHM and FAASHN Fusion Friday!! If you believe in there! Discuss secular viewpoints with friendly, like-minded folks while enjoying the brew pub's beverage, snack and light meal menu!

Portland Area Humanism Meetup and the members of Humanists of Greater Portland have received a standing invitation to FAASHN Friday! Drop in for some stimulating conversation in a casual atmosphere!

FAASHN is the Freethinker/Atheist and Agnostic/Secular Humanist/Naturalist "affinity group" of City of Portland employees. The second Friday of every month is FAASHN Friday when members get together after work for social time from 4:30-7:30 PM at the Lucky Labrador Brew Pub.

Members of other local FAASHN-oriented groups are invited to attend. Minors are allowed until 9 PM. If you get a chance, come on out!

“What do you get when you cross an insomniac, an agnostic, and a dyslexic?
Someone who stays up all night wondering if there is a Dog.”

~ GROUCHO MARX (1890-1977)

The FAASHN Affinity Group's mission is to promote the acceptance of people who do not believe in the existence of supernatural entities, forces or effects as full partners in the city's workforce.

Much smaller group than in the past, but pretty diverse, with some regulars from FAASHN, a newcomer, a returnee after hiatus, and a couple of regular PAHMsters, so still plenty to talk about. The Lab was especially noisy and crowded, though.

Really, nobody else from PAHM? It's OK, I'm sure there will still be plenty of FAASHN members, but others should feel free to stop by (even without an RSVP) if you are in the mood for some interesting conversation. Otherwise, hope to see you Wednesday (or maybe Sunday).
