What we’re about

The Prairie State Humanists (formerly Humanists of West Suburban Chicagoland) is a membership chapter of the American Humanist Association. Humanism is a progressive philosophy of life that, without supernaturalism, affirms our ability and responsibility to lead ethical lives of personal fulfillment that aspire to the greater good of humanity. http://www.americanhumanist.org/who_we_are/about_humanism...

Our motto is "Reason and compassion beyond belief."
Our YouTube channel, with videos of prior meetings and many Science Sundays is here: https://www.youtube.com/humanistsofwestsuburbanchicagoland

We typically meet at the DuPage Unitarian Universalist Church in Naperville, who are very supportive of our secular messages and programs.
