What we’re about

Humanists of Topeka is a community dedicated to promoting reason, compassion, and discussion within the realms of human rights, philosophy, science, environment, and culture. Our diverse group values inclusivity and rational thought, engaging in topics such as ethics, sustainability, citizen engagement, current events, LGBTQ+ rights, atheism, free thought, and social justice. Join us for monthly colloquiums, coffee klatches, happy Humanist hours, book studies, group discussions, volunteer opportunities, and the exploration of critical thinking. We come together to support each other and our shared values of empathy, understanding, and human progress.
