We’re teaming up with our friends at SENT Topeka to lend some hands where they matter most — right here in our community.

On Thursday, January 22, from 5:00–7:30 p.m., we’ll be volunteering at the Southside Filling Station (455 SE Golf Park Blvd, Topeka) to help neighbors shop for needed groceries and supplies.

We’re looking for six volunteers to serve as shoppers and floaters — helping load and unload carts and supporting guests with dignity and kindness.

• 5:00–5:30 p.m. Orientation & walk-through
• 5:30–7:30 p.m. Volunteer service

The filling station is located in an old school building. Park on the south side in the back, and enter through the fenced area. Please wear closed-toed shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting a bit dirty. Aprons will be provided. When you arrive, ask for Krissy or Jay.
This is a wonderful chance to show humanism in action — compassion, community, and practical service. Huge thanks to everyone willing to step in and help.

Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can confirm our head count and hold our spot.

Let’s show up, work together, and make the evening easier for families who need it.
