At Humans For AI, we believe that the future workforce should be diverse as the real world. Whatever your job is today, it will most likely change in the near future.

According to 2020 LinkedIn report, AI Specialist is the top emerging job in the US, with hiring growth for the role increasing 74 % annually over the past four years. All of us can be affected by AI in that new services and products will emerge, jobs will change, and the benefits of AI are exponential.

In the short term, new technologies come with labor force displacement while in the long term, new technologies unleash tremendous potential in new opportunities. Therefore, to stay relevant, we must re-skill and retrain the workforce.

Come and join us in stimulating conversation as Alana and Dr. Marily discuss the "Career Adventures in AI" particularly for women and underrepresented minorities. Some points of discussion include but are not limited to:

β€’ How to navigate career in AI
β€’ Depending on the roles that you're in, what we can do to make a positive impact in ensuring a more diverse workforce in AI
β€’ What type of opportunities are available for non-technical professionals in AI?
β€’ Why diversity, equity and inclusion are important in AI and Product Management
