Should you build feature A or B? This is the most common question in product management but can't be answered in a vacuum. The right feature to build should have the highest chance of furthering the company's vision. Unfortunately, many, if not most, companies aren't clear about theirs.

The good news is that getting to a good vision isn't an arcane art but a fairly straightforward—albeit involved—process.

In this event, we will discuss what a vision is, how it relates to its brethren (the values, mission, strategy, ...), why it matters, what constitutes a *good* vision, and how to get to yours!
