What we’re about

Hey everyone! We’ve been hosting weekly pickup volleyball games for the past 5 years with a great crew from our original Facebook group. To keep things fun and organized, here’s how we manage sign-ups each week:

1. Facebook First:
We open up a poll in our original Facebook group on Fridays. Those members have until Sunday at 1 PM to claim their spots. (You can join this priority group in our Facebook chat if you come consistently!)

2. MeetUp Invites on Sunday:
Any remaining spots (usually 2–8) are offered to you all on the MeetUp group members starting Sunday after 1 PM. I will indicate in the comment section how many spots we have leftover. To claim your spot, just DM me indicating that you would like to come. I’ll be adding players in the order that messages come in— so the sooner you reach out, the better your chances!

3. Priority Is Based on Sign-Up Timing:
Once MeetUp spots open, they’re first-come, first-served until we hit 21 players max. That will allow us to play 7 on 7 (1 sub, one team off).
We want to keep the sense of community we’ve built over the years, while still being open to new people who enjoy playing the game and like to socialize. Thanks for understanding! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
