If you are looking to improve your leadership and public speaking skills while interjecting humor into your message, this club is for you! Humor Mill is a specialty club, meeting the first and third Thursdays at 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM (if Thursday night meetings don't fit your schedule, scroll to the end for info on another great Toastmasters club that meets on Wednesday nights). We encourage members to find their funny through improv participation and delivering Tonight Show / Late Show-type monologues. We also have members who develop individual standup comedy routines.

We have a new venue for those who wish to attend in person: Cedars of Edina Apartments, 7340 Gallagher Drive, Edina, MN 55435, in their community room.

Our club typically hosts two specialty meetings every year. We invite Toastmasters and non-Toastmasters to exercise their comedic talent at our Annual Standup Event. We roast our immediate past club president, so they know just how much we loved and appreciated all of their hard work as our fearless leader.

Please note: while we understand the perceptions that the 'Toast' in Toastmasters may create for some people, this is not a 'happy hour' / adult beverage-centric group with totally unstructured chit-chat, and with no effect to the value of participation if one arrives late, leaves early, or is a no-show. We are a volunteer-driven education program for speaking and leadership skills, but with recognition that a fun environment is one of the best learning environments.
For those who prefer Wednesday night meetings, we encourage you to visit Pathways to Success Toastmasters online on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 7:00 to 8:15 pm US Central time. This group of speakers and leaders with many achievements in the Toastmasters program are ready to help you and your guests toward your own success.
