What we’re about

We hike during the middle part of the week (usually Wednesdays) because we can! Most of our outings are 7 to 10 miles at a moderate pace, 750 to 1800 vertical feet, and often somewhat off the beaten path. We will try to experience something new each time to give members a chance to grow and learn.  Our goals are more social, experiential, and educational than physical fitness, although you do need to be in reasonably good shape to enjoy the hikes. We're all grateful for the wonderful people who make this group so much fun!
Note: No Shows and late cancellations can have a significant impact on other group members by keeping someone on the Waitlist from being able to go. Please, just be considerate. If your plans change, we expect you will take yourself off of the Going list or the Waitlist with as much notice as possible.
