Reschedule PCT to the West Side of Three Fingered Jack

New date due to weather.

There will still be a repeat on Sept 24th. I'll use the final attendance lists for Sept 11th to build the lists for the Repeat and publish on Sept 12th.

The hike: Out and back, 11 miles, 1600 vertical feet on a section of the PCT starting at Santiam Pass. A few switchbacks, but nothing too steep. This hike will give us a great view of the west side of Three Fingered Jack. Several nice viewpoints along the way. No water is available.
