Egy, a közösségnek új, formátumot próbálnánk ki következő alkalommal, a Masterminds-ot.
Ez annyit jelent, hogy kis bevezető után, 3-4 fős csoportokat hozunk létre, majd egy-egy emberre 15 perc jut a csoportjában, hogy a "hot seat"-ben üljön, és megbeszélje a többiekkel a kérdését / kihívását / dilemmáját.
(Karrier, tanulás, munka, akármi, ami abban a pillanatban a legjobban foglalkoztatja.)
Ezalkalommal nem lesz semmi demó, "csak" masterminds.
A session alatt megosztott minden információ a csoporton belül marad – a bizalmasság és a bizalom a formátum alapvető elemei.

Hi everyone!
Next time, we’d like to try a new format for the community: Masterminds.
This means that after a short introduction, we’ll split into groups of 3–4 people. Each person will get about 15 minutes in the “hot seat” to discuss their question, challenge, or dilemma with the group.
(It can be about career, learning, work, or anything else that’s on your mind at the moment.)
There won’t be any demos this time, just masterminds.
Everything shared during the session stays within the group - confidentiality and trust are key parts of the format.
