In this practical session, Nadia will offer several simple techniques for balancing mind through the body. These techniques include gentle breathing exercises, nutrition advice, etc. Most of them are based on Ayurveda and Yoga - Indian holistic sciences about healthy and happy life. Their efficiency has been tested by several thousand years of practice.

Nadia is an Ayurvedic practitioner, massage and Yoga therapist based in St Ives, Cambs. Before switching to alternative health practices she worked in biochemical research studying fundamental molecular aspects of physiology and drug action. Nadia’s current passion and work is unravelling the ancient sciences and translating them into clear modern day language.
