Volunteer Event: Nest Site Restoration at Bolsa Chica

Join the Huntington Beach Rotary Club in this volunteer event with Amigos de Bolsa Chica!

Event Details:
Nest site habitat restoration involves removal of invasive and overgrown plants in areas of the Reserve that are off limits to the public. Please plan to attend the entire time; early departures will not be allowed, and late arrivals will not be accommodated. All cleanup supplies are provided, but feel free to bring your favorite gardening tools or work gloves.

Carpooling is always encouraged. Upon arrival, we will be carpooling to the nest site because the number of cars allowed in the Reserve is limited. You must be at least 18 years old to drive in the Reserve. If you are concerned or have questions, please reach out. Meeting location and other details for the day will be emailed to you after signing the waiver, up to a week in advance.
