Simply Referrals is always an exclusive membership, so you will be the only one from your respective profession. Your obligations as a member are to attend our events! We know that all snow ❄️ flakes and finger prints are different. After 20 + years in the real estate world,
I can also attest that every real estate scenario, or puzzle 🧩 is also different.

We all have our own individual “real estate puzzle”. We also are all at different stages of our life, and we all have different pieces to our puzzle.

Some of us are trying to figure out our 1st puzzle, the goal of first time home ownership. And some of us are trying to figure out how to get to the next step, the next goal. Maybe your forever home? Maybe your dream of purchasing a vacation home, or an investment property?

My goal is to help you figure out your puzzle and help you accomplish your real estate goals.

There will be valuable information shared about credit, how to establish it, improve and perfect it.

What is your budget for a monthly payment? An accurate estimate of a monthly payment is essential for anyone to accurately figure out their respective real estate puzzle.

We will review the types of mortgages, including FHA, Conventional and VA.

Vital pieces of any puzzle such as employment- Are you self - employed ? Or a W2 employee?

How long do you have to wait to use your income when starting a new job?

Assets - what are the types of assets you have, amounts, and the amount you’re comfortable using to purchase a property.

REO- do you own any real estate currently? Does that have an effect on purchasing real estate?

What are the best strategies to accomplishing YOUR goal?

A little about myself. My professional career started in 1998, and for the next 7 years I was a member and a floor trader on the American Stock Exchange. I was blessed to be mentored by some of the smartest people in the world. I started in Real Estate in 2001, acquiring my real estate license while the Stock Exchange was
Closed after September 11th. Over the last 20 + years I have helped many clients accomplish their real estate goals, and now my goal is to help you!
