Huntsville Green Thinks: Building Sustainable Cities with Strong Towns

Every month people who love the environment meet up at informal sessions formerly known as Green Drinks. This has been changed to Green Thinks to ensure everyone feels welcome, no drinking required. There’s always a slightly different crowd, making Green Drinks an organic, self-organizing network. No need to register, just come as you are! Find us on the covered patio near the courtyard.

This month, we will be joined by Nick Frevold of the Huntsville Chapter of Strong Towns, a group focused on advocating for sustainable urban growth. Nick Frevold started the Strong Towns local conversation group in Huntsville, which grew to over 50 members focusing on bottom-up urban growth, walkability, and financial resilience.
