My personal breathwork story; ive been going to leahs breathwork sessions for the last two years. They have helped me personally in so many ways. It’s a safe judgement free space where i can be vulnerable amongst community, break through my personal challeneges going on in my mind, and it helps me connect deep within my soul and with community.
