“Be Love” Gratitude Hike at Green Mountain Land Trust (Alum Cave)

Who is ready for a Soul Adventure in Nature? A beginner/kid/pet friendly event. This hike will be approximately 2.2 miles long (round trip) with under 200 ft elevation gain. We will be hiking to the Alum Cave on green mountain which has been in use for over 10,000 years by humans!! This is a recess cave not a dark cave. No equipment needed or required.
The intent of this hike is to spread love into the universe through positive action. Upon reaching the Alum Cave, we will gather and perform a gratitude practice. You’re welcome to share with the group if you’d like. This will be a judgement free space for everyone.
We will also have a chance to see a couple waterfalls near the Alum recess cave depending on the water levels.
Please bring water, snacks if you’d like, and a notebook with pen for the gratitude practice.
