Alabama’s Famous Stevens Gap Cave Tour & Unclaimed Baggage Shopping Trip

Please read in FULL: Transportation is being provided for this event at $20/person. No fee is required if you drive yourself. Once you RSVP, please send me a message with your email address so I can forward you the cave permit to sign.

If you don’t send me your email address and sign the permit (with confirmation) within 24 hours of your RSVP, you’ll be moved to the “not going” list in order to make room for others.

Stephens Gap Cave is a World famous cave near Scottsboro, AL. Please bring a helmet and a flashlight/headlamp. The helmet can be a bike helmet. We won’t be doing any serious caving. Unlikely you’ll bump your head in the cave since the ceilings are massive but it’s a requirement to have one on your person.

After visiting the cave, we will shoot over to unclaimed baggage for a little shopping spree. Not sure how much time we will have there but at least count on a good hour or so.

Please bring a bagged lunch, sturdy footwear for the cave, water, etc.

We might stop for early dinner somewhere in Scottsboro if people are interested.
