OCOEE WHITE WATER RAFTING -Weekend getaway

ADVENTURE-FRIENDSHIPS- LAUGHTER-WEEKEND GETAWAY

This is a yearly trip we host. Game night, music triva, meaningfulul conversations at night are always fun.

WHAT:
SATURDAY ACTIVITY: TBA

SUNDAY: Rafting at 10:15 am EST, full day trip.

LODGING: Overnight stay in a nice airconditioned Bunk House with seperate rooms for men and women.

WHEN: July 19th-20th

WHERE:
Quest Expeditions, Ocoee TN

COST:
$30 lodging fee (payable to host);

$100 rafting fee (payable to Quest)

ITINERARY

July 19:

8:30am CST. Leave Huntsville area to arrive no later than noon EST. If you want to car pool, please post in the comments.

1:00pm EST. FUN ACTIVITY TBA

4:30 EST.
Bunkhouse check-in and make dinner plans.
Grills/fridge available; on-site restaurant available.

July 20:

8:30am EST.
Breakfast on your own; on-site restaurant available.

9:45am EST.
Gather at outfitter for briefing and gear for 10:15 bus departure.

4:00pm EST. Back from Rafting and leave for home.

COST:

BUNK HOUSE LODGING

$30 for the bunkhouse payable to event host at time of RSVP via Venmo

(This maybe lower depending on how many book lodging) Limited space is available (16)

This bunk house is fairly new, Everyone will have their own bed. There are two full bathrooms inside the bunk house. Seperate rooms for men and women.

RAFTING TICKET

Approximately $100 plus tax for rafting the upper and middle sections.

THEY WILL SELL OUT SOON SO BOOK NOW. As of 5/1/2025 today there are 25 spots left.

FOOD AND DRINK: BYOF/BYOB. There is an on-site restaurant and grills. There is also a fridge in the bunk house.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Games

• Snacks to share

• Bedding: sheets, pillow, blanket

• Personal items and toiletries

• Water shoes/sandals (NO FLIP-FLOPS)

• Sunscreen

No rafting experience needed. Age 12 and up.
