Hike to Burritt Museum/Monte Sano
Details
We will hike to Burritt museum and to the city overlook via a few trails. Around 8.5 miles round trip and rated moderate for those in good shape. We will meet at the Huntsville Landtrust Parking Lot on Bankhead Parkway, this is just up on the Right. Change of Starting Place- THE LANDTRUST HIKERS PARKNG LOT HAS REOPENED!
We will now meet at the Landtrust Hikers parking lot on Bankhead Parkway going up Monte Sano on the right, this is down the hill from previously proposed meeting place.
The parking will be better here and we can see the new pedestrian path up the mountain.
