Monitoring and Observability with AWS

HSV AWS welcomes Katreena Mullican, Principal Solutions Architect with AWS for a conversation on observability and monitoring in AWS.

As you move to the cloud or mature your operations within the cloud, it’s important to implement observability to help stakeholders understand how applications are operating. Katreena Mullican will present an introduction to the AWS Observability suite of services, including Amazon CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, Amazon Managed Service for Prometheus and Grafana, and AWS Distro for OpenTelemetry.

Katreena Mullican is a Principal Solutions Architect at AWS supporting strategic Media & Entertainment accounts. She moved to the Huntsville, Alabama area 28 years ago and lives there with her husband and a very-spoiled rescue cat. Katreena enjoys evangelizing DevOps and AWS through speaking engagements and mentoring under-represented individuals pursuing STEM careers.
